Three Simple Steps to Get Massive Traffic to Your Website - Overnight! By Fox Miller
55Here it is without the fluff - three simple steps to get traffic to your website overnight. This is what you need to do to get those eyeballs on your offer or your AdSense ads:
First lets pretend that you have a website on nurse jobs, now if your a marketer or AdSense publisher worth your salt you should've done the following BEFORE you put up your page - research is key, this is how you will discover keywords that your site can rank for overnight-yes OVERNIGHT.
1. Research, key-word research. go to the Google AdWords tool and type in your target key word or key-phrase, for example " nurse jobs" you will get about a few hundred results. I want you to pay attention to the keywords that give you results of 500-2000 searches a day, go get ten of those keywords or phrases that fall in that range
Let's say AdWords returned these results:
nurse jobs Chicago - 6000 average search
nurse jobs in Chicago - 4500 average search
nurse jobs in Chicago Illinois - 1200 average search
For this discussion we will just use these three - now to select a target keyword / phrase I want you to take all three to the Google homepage and add " " quotations to the keywords. i.e. "nurse jobs Chicago" then look at the results, you will find out how many competitors you have for your target keyword, if you can find a keyword/phase that returns less than 10,000 you stand a chance of ranking for that, if you find one that returns less than 1000 you could probably get ranked overnight if you write an article for that and put that article on your website pronto.
2. Writing your content / article for your website for the search engines
So lets say we chose "nurse jobs Chicago Illinois " because this returned only 700 competitors and had a search volume of 1200, you would now write your article this way - "Nurse Jobs Chicago Illinois" thats your title of course, then your opening sentence should read "Nurse jobs Chicago Illinois, blah blah, blah... Writing it this way will make the engines take notice and almost always put you on first page especially if your key-phrase has little competition.
3. Go to Digg.com and submit your story, and when you do submit follow step 2 to the letter, except you will just submit a brief description of the full story. Consistency is paramount in this last step. Digg will ask for your title and you want it to be the same as your article on your site so its going to be "nurse jobs in Chicago Illinois" then when Digg asks you to describe your story, do the same thing in step two. "Nurse jobs in Chicago Illinois, an article about nurse jobs in Chicago Illinois - finish.
That's it , follow this advice and you will get traffic like magic.
